Time to market

Go-live in 30-60 days, not in 12 months

Engagement begins with an assessment of the client's decision processes: SecondCore is configured around the real needs of the business units involved. From the first audit to production go-live: 30-60 days — integrated sources, operational dashboards, local AI assistant, profiled users and automated reports, ready to use.

Contractual commitment

From kick-off to go-live: 30-60 days.

No multi-year roadmaps: within two months the client has the platform in production — with its own data, dashboards and local LLM. The functional perimeter then evolves incrementally, based on measured results.

  1. 01
    Days 1-10

    Audit & mapping

Analysis of every data source, quality, coverage and gaps. Interviews with key stakeholders.

We also identify the decisions that today take the most time: manual reports, system reconciliations, non-shared KPIs, recurring leadership questions.

  2. 02
    Days 10-20

    Use case definition

Joint design with the client: prioritisation of use cases and reference KPIs.

Each use case is translated into screens, KPIs, filters, user roles and questions the AI assistant must handle.

  3. 03
    Days 15-40

    ETL & data lake

Build of extraction, transformation and load pipelines into the unified data lake.

We build the data layer: pipelines, normalisation rules, quality checks, automatic refresh and structure of the local data lake.

  4. 04
    Days 30-60

    Dashboards, LLM & go-live

Dashboard build, local LLM integration, tests with real users, iteration and go-live in production.

We configure the software interface: dashboards, role-based views, alerts, scheduled reports and operational prompts to query data in natural language.

Zero hardware wait

The GPUs and compute nodes required for an enterprise-grade AI infrastructure today have lead times of 12-18 months from the main global manufacturers. SecondCore bypasses the bottleneck entirely: we work with recent-generation, refurbished enterprise hardware that is certified and available from stock. The client's data center is assembled, tested and delivered within the same window other vendors are still spending on order processing.

Same performance level, fraction of the cost, reduced environmental impact.

Guiding principles

  • Data drives the choices
  • Every dashboard is born from a real need
  • End users are involved from day one
  • Fast iterations, incremental value
  • Total transparency on progress

Delivery

Platform status at 30-60 days

At the end of the activation phase the client has an operational version of SecondCore deployed within its own environment. Not an abstract POC, but a real environment built on the company's data and processes.

Operational SecondCore environment

  • Business data sources connected to the data lake
  • Local data lake live and automatically refreshed
  • Core dashboards published and accessible
  • Users enabled with roles and permissions configured
  • Local LLM configured and queryable in natural language
  • First automated reports being distributed
